How do I access my membership content?

After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a direct login link and instructions. Use your account credentials to access private forums, resources, and member-only features.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, aka switch tiers?

Yes — you can change tiers from your dashboard. Upgrades usually take effect immediately (pro-rated where applicable). Downgrades and plan changes will be applied starting the next billing cycle.

What is the cancellation & refund policy?

All membership payments are non-refundable.You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation prevents future recurring charges, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How is payment handled and secured?
